Concerning deliveries, shipping expenses, and the inspection of received goods.

Delivery times are applicable, taking into account potential prior sales or delays from our suppliers. Packaging costs are typically invoiced and are non-refundable. Any notice of defects in the goods should be communicated to us within 10 days of receiving the goods.

Payment and interest terms.

In accordance with the agreement, credit approval is contingent upon a credit evaluation. Granted credit may be revoked if there is non-compliance with our terms and conditions. In case of payment delays, default interest will be levied at the rate determined by us (linked to a selected Turkish bank). Additionally, we retain the right to assess charges for payment reminders.

Warranties.

Warranties are governed by the warranty terms specified by our suppliers. The seller's warranty entails the option to repair or replace defective goods at our discretion. Repairs or replacements may take place on-site or, at our request, the buyer is responsible for shipping the goods to us or to a workshop designated by us. Our warranties do not encompass costs related to disassembly/assembly, loss of production, machine downtime, or other consequential economic losses.

Kilimli makes no representation or warranty regarding the current availability of any product, service, or option mentioned or depicted on the website for sale. Kilimli reserves the right to alter prices, products, and services without prior notice. Not all products are offered in every model or color, and model year boats may not include all options or meet specifications outlined on the website. Prior to purchase, please verify the specifications of your chosen product, as well as the availability of options, accessories, and equipment, with your authorized Kilimli dealer.

Force majeure.

The following events qualify as force majeure events if they substantially impede or unreasonably burden the performance under the agreement: labor disputes or any other uncontrollable events, including but not limited to fire, natural disasters, war, mobilization or equivalent military conscription, requisitions, seizures/impoundments, trade and currency restrictions, uprisings and riots, a shortage of transportation, a general scarcity of goods, restrictions on electrical power supply, and defects or delays in deliveries from subcontractors, caused by such events.

These events are considered force majeure only if their impact on performance under the agreement could not have been anticipated at the time of entering into the agreement.

Upon encountering a force majeure event affecting the buyer, the buyer is obliged to reimburse the seller for any expenses incurred by the seller to secure and protect the product.

Not withstanding other provisions of the agreement, either party has the right to terminate the agreement by providing written notice to the other party if the performance under the agreement is substantially impeded for more than six months due to an event mentioned in section.

Our accountability for loss or damage suffered by business users.

We do not waive or restrict our liability to you in cases where it would be illegal to do so. This encompasses responsibility for death or personal injury arising from our negligence or that of our employees, agents, or subcontractors, as well as for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Specific limitations and exclusions regarding liability will be applicable to issues arising from the supply of any products to you, and these will be detailed in our Terms.

We disclaim all implied conditions, warranties, representations, or other terms that may apply to our site or any content on it.
